Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled transfer time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please fill out the cancellation form below. Be sure to provide:
Your full name
Booking reference number
Email address used during booking
Date and time of the transfer
Reason for cancellation (optional)
Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if eligible, process your refund within 5–7 business days.
